Cadierenne is the largest wine producer in Mont Caume since their creation. They produce 65 hectoliters of wine per acre.
Our appellation is justified by a privileged land expanding from Mont Caume in the East to the borders of Bouches du Rhones in the west and from the Castellet in the north to the Mediterranean Sea in the south. In addition, each year we organize a grape selection during harvesting to obtain full quality agreement from the National Wine Office.
The Mont Caume cuvee speciale la Cadierenne can be enjoyed on any occasion. This said, our red is best served decanted at 16 to 18 degree Celsius. We recommend that you drink our rose and white wine when still young and chilled. |
